This is a deterministic replay of an attested state transition. The verifier takes the original attestation, recomputes the state hash from the evidence, and compares it to the historical record. If they match, the proof is valid. If they diverge, either the evidence was modified or the replay conditions differ. Both are cryptographically detectable. No vendor is involved. No platform is queried. The proof verifies itself.
